A: Lion-headed Chnoubis, with head in profile to left and surrounded with a nimbus and seven double rays. The snake's tail makes a double loop. Inscription beneath Chnoubis in two lines: χμου|μισ → Χμουμίς (variant of Χνουμίς).
B: Greek letters: ζμχ. Beneath: Chnoubis-sign.
