Description: Upright oval, side A slighlty convex, side B flat. Shape 2–9. Chrysoprase. Inventoried together with a modern (?) hoop of plain gold wire, now detached from the stone.

A: Lion-headed Chnoubis in profile to left, head surrounded with a nimbus and seven rays, with the Greek vowels inserted between the rays: αεηιουω (the letters η and ι are inserted together between the third and four rays).
B: Chnoubis-sign, surrounded with the letters: χνουβισ → Χνουβίς.
